Celebrating cultural and social commonalities


Curator-in-Residence of the Fritzi Gallery, Malika Welsh, welcomes artists and the public to the opening of Birds of a Feather on January 22, 2015 at 6pm.

Birds of a feather is a common phrase for when those of similar characteristics, struggles, styles or taste congregate in groups. This exhibition has brought together a number of artists to celebrate cultural and social commonalities.

Through their work the artists discuss the meaning of the word “minority” and its significance in 2015.
